DON'T beat around the bush.
DON'T sugarcoat things.
DON'T try to be nice.
Just tell me exactly what you think of me.
If you think I'm a bitch, tell me I'm a bitch.
If you think I'm acting like an idiot, tell me I'm being an idiot.

Harsh truth is infinately more helpful than a comforting lie.
